How do I set up my bills?

Firstly, take your meter readings! Locate the meters and take note, along with the date you took the readings. Then find out who the current providers are by calling:

Gas – 0870 608 1524

Elec – 0845 330 0889

Water – 0345 124 2424

If you wish to change suppliers, you’re welcome to do so but first you must register with the existing supplier from the first date of your tenancy agreement.

As for your internet, you should consider arranging this as soon as possible, most providers are usually very busy with limited slots for installations, so get it booked in as soon as you have decided who to go with. You can purchase a TV licence online, by setting up a payment plan or making a one off payment.
