We like to make the move in day run smoothly, but unfortunately sometimes issues do arise. We have a very short turnaround to inspect our properties, instruct cleaners to attend and fix maintenance issues where necessary. This could mean your property is in need of repair and is in the queue to be sorted. We advise you to take a look around the property on the day you arrive and make a list (with photos) of any issues and email it to us. If there are issues, don’t worry we will make every effort to deal with the problems as quickly as possible.
