Students live all over Leeds, some choose location over quality whilst some don’t mind a longer commute if it means they have accommodation of a higher standard. - Crime rate – student areas are known for burglaries, but you should check if the properties are secure i.e. burglar alarms, locks, double glazed windows etc
- Lifestyle – It’s not just about having a house to live in, think about your lifestyle and what area works best for you, do you attend the gym regularly, do you need a nearby library, do you like exploring?
