The property should be returned in the same condition as it were at the start of your tenancy. All personal belongings should be removed and rubbish disposed of correctly. There should be no damage or alterations to the property excluding general wear and tear. The keys should be returned to us on time and in full.
You will receive a moving out letter via email towards the end of your tenancy and this will provide full details on what you should do.
