How do I set up my bills?

Firstly, on arrival take note of your meter readings. Then, find out who the current providers are by calling:

Gas – 0870 608 1524

Electric – 0845 330 0889

Water – 0345 124 2424

If you would like to change suppliers, you’re welcome to do so but first you must register with the existing supplier from the start date of your tenancy agreement.

You will also need to set up your own internet, council tax and contents insurance where required. If you are a student or if you live with students, you may be exempt from council tax or entitled to a discount. For more information please visit Leeds City Council’s website.
